3 HACKS ON HOW I LOSt the WEIGHT

Here are 3 simple ways that have helped me lose the fat and keep it off!

MORNINGS

I am by no means a morning person but I WILL get my butt up to go workout.  Morning workouts mean I have ZERO excuses NOT to not workout. Working out later in the day allows me to come up 87362 bloody excuses not get my shit done. And of course, there is all the other perks like,  great way to start the day. It sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. It makes me feel I have more hours of the day to enjoy. Yada Yada Yada, you get my point.

MY BODY IS LIKE MY BANK ACCOUNT

It is a good idea to be aware of the calories, sugar, fat, sodium etc intake. Just like my bank account, there is always deposits and withdrawals. Deposits are what kinds of food I am consuming and withdrawals are the calories there is being burnt from daily activities and working out. Being clueless, can lead to over consumption which means never ever losing the weight you wanted.

LABEL SNOB

I read the labels because I want to know what ingredients are being used. Understanding how ingredients like GMO , high-fructose corn syrup , palm oil  etc will have an unhealthy impact on my health, does deter me from grabbing any bag of cookies or pick up any old vanilla ice cream from a random gas station. Be picky with your food. Stick to the organic and natural stuff. It may cost more but you are what you consumed!
