Fill your day’s meal with lots of high water content fruits and vegetables. Celery, cucumber and watermelon are great choices. Such food not only helps keep you full but help flush water out.
2. BLOATING FOOD
Stay away from foods like broccoli and beans. Such food can create gas in the body making you feel bloated.
Salt can cause bloating. Reducing consumption and drinking lots of water will help you feel skinnier.
