Sweet Coconut Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp red maca powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raspberries 
  • 1 cup sliced oranges
  • 1/4 cup sliced lemons
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp cashewgurt
  • Garnish with edible flowers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, coconut milk, red maca powder, cinnamon, sea salt and maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  2. In the morning, pour oats mixture into two bowls. Topped with oranges, lemons, raspberries chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almond butter, cashewgurt and coconut flakes
  3. Garnish with edible flowers.
