Sweet Almond Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tsp sea salt 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp red maca powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp raisins 
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Garnish - mint and edible flowers


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, red maca powder, salt, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  2. In the morning, pour oats mixture into two bowls. Topped with almond butter, bananas, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, dried raisins, dried cranberries, flaxseeds chia seeds and coconut chips. 
  3. Garnish with mint and flowers. Enjoy!
