Spicy Mushroom Ramen 

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 8oz Pasta zero shirataki spaghetti 
  • 2 cups mushroom broth
  • 1/2 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms 
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 2 tbsp red chili paste
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Options garnish : Cilantro, green onions, dried shallots


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large size pot, over high heat bring mushroom broth, ginger, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, chili paste and baby spinach to a boil for about a minute or so. 
  2. Add in shirataki spaghetti noodles to the pot and simmer on medium heat for about another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. 
  3. Pour noodles in two bowls, garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy
