Sesame Kimchi Fried Grains

SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 8.8oz 365 Everyday Value Barley & Green Lentils
  • 2 tbsp of Chosen Foods spicy sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp of minced ginger 
  • 2 cups of Organic Girl super green 
  • 1 cup of kimchi
  • Salt pepper to taster
  • Vegetable dumplings, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Heat sesame oil in a medium size frying pan on medium low heat. Add in minced garlic and ginger saut√© till light brown.
  2. Add barley & green lentils mix, kimchi and mix greens
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
