Crunchy Nutty Overnight Oats


SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup almond yogurt 
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoon creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp of walnuts
  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin seed
  • A pinch of salt and cinnamon 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, almond yogurt, almond butter and coconut sugar. Cover and place bowl in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning, pour oat mixture into two separates bowls.
  3. Top oats with blueberries, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, salt and cinnamon. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
