Sweet vanilla Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  •  
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 cups of Ripple vanilla plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp red maca powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup blackberries 
  • 1/4 cup sliced oranges
  • 1/4 cup sliced lemons
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried banana
  • Garnish with edible flowers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, Ripple vanilla plant-based milk, vanilla extract, red maca powder, cinnamon, sea salt and maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  2. In the morning, pour oats mixture into two bowls. Topped with oranges, lemons, blackberries, freeze-dried bananas,chia seeds, flaxseeds, almond, and coconut flakes
  3. Garnish with edible flowers and mint.
