Creamy vanilla berry Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 cups of Ripple vanilla plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup strawberries 
  • 1/4 cup raspberries 
  • 1/2 cup sliced dragon fruit
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • Garnish with edible flowers


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, Ripple vanilla plant-based milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  2. In the morning, pour oats mixture into two bowls. Topped with strawberries, raspberries, dragon fruit, chia seeds, flaxseeds, goji berries, coconut flakes and coconut chips.
  3. Garnish with edible flowers and mint.
