Cinnamon pumpkin oats with apple slices

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 cups of Ripple vanilla plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 
  • 1/4 apple slices
  • 1 Bobo's peach oatmeal bar, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • Garnish with edible flowers


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, Ripple vanilla plant-based milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and maple syrup, cover and microwave on high for about 3 minutes.
  2. Split oats mixture into two bowls. Topped with apple slices, pumpkin puree, pumpkin seeds, peach oatmeal bar, chia seeds, flaxseeds, raisins, coconut flakes and coconut chips.
  3. Enjoy.
