GINGER SHOTS

Ginger is a great aid to your pursue of healthy living, as it has inflammatory, digestive and immunity properties. Lemon too can help aid digestion, reduce inflammation and it is loaded with vitamin C. So cheers my friends and lets drink up to good health.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2  1” ginger pieces
  • Dash of turmeric

Directions

  1. Blend lemon juice and ginger in a high-speed blender
  2. A dash of turmeric before serving.
