Last week, I picked up two bags of “chocolate chip macaroon” at Whole Foods, with the intention of sending it to my girlfriend who just had a baby girl. Those bags did not leave my house because I ate them all. Feeling horrible, I have decided to make some myself. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Makes about 20 1” balls
- 2 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 1 cup of almond flour
- ¼ cup of Lily’s chocolate chip
- 4 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 4 tablespoon of coconut oil
Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix well and roll mixture into 1” balls. Store balls in an airtight container.
