SUMMER MANGO WRAPS

Nothing beats a wrap that is crunchy, sweet, tangy spicy and creamy! That is a mouthful of words but I promise you that is what it exactly taste like with each bite! So yummyyy!

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1 cup of sliced mango
  • ½ an avocado, sliced
  • ½ cups of cilantro
  • 1 cup of thinly sliced seedless cucumber
  • 22” Rice Paper Wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce

 

DIRECTIONS

Wet one side of rice paper wrap. Place ingredients at edge of the rice wrap. Fold the ends of the wrap and roll up firmly. You may cover rolled wraps with a damp cloth before serving. Serve with a side of sweet chili sauce.
