BERRY POWER SMOOTHIE

Smoothies are a go wonderful on the-go-meal, especially on a busy day of running errands or hustling between appointments. Having a smoothie daily helps also ensure I am getting my daily fruits and vegetables. This Power Berry Smoothie is packed with antioxidants, so slurp up, my friends!

 

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

   ¼ cup of frozen organic blackberries

   ¼ cup of frozen organic blueberries

   ¼ cup of frozen organic raspberries

   ¼ cup of frozen organic strawberries

   1 cup of chopped apples

   ½ cup of water

   1 tbs. chia seeds

   1 cup of baby spinach

   1 scoop vanilla protein powder – Optional

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Combine all the ingredients into a high speed blender.

2.    Blend until ingredients are thick and smooth.
